Bringing communities together to educate, engage, and inspire.

Institutes

TxSDY Institutes are day-long events that focus on specific issues facing our communities. They provide an opportunity for participants to dive deeper on pressing prevention topics and connect with fellow stakeholders. Attendees explore research-backed strategies that make a difference for youth and leave with a clear path for bringing those strategies to life.

Youth Academies

Youth Engagement Academies are an opportunity for youth and adults to work together to tackle youth substance use and impaired driving. The events are filled with meaningful activities that support effective partnerships between youth and adults, allowing them to collaborate and take action to create healthier, safer communities where all youth can thrive.

Regional Forums

TxSDY partners with local communities and invites those who live, work, and play in the that area to come together to address youth substance use and create positive change.
The Forums help facilitate introductions between stakeholders in the community, increase collaboration and engagement, and mobilize participants to reduce youth substance use in a coordinated and strategic way.
